Holland MI Tulip Time
The 2010 festival will mark the 54TH anniversary for this program. For these last five decades, Holland has opened its churches and schools and transformed them into restaurants specializing in home-cooked meals for groups of 15 or more. Group meals are typically available for lunch and dinner Monday through the last Saturday of the festival week.
Welcome to Holland, MI an American treasure with a Dutch landscape. Holland embraces the quaint charm of old Europe and the bold excitement of a city bounding into the 21st century. Bearing a striking resemblance to its homeland in the Netherlands.
Tulip Time's world famous Klompen Dancers perform a variety of authentic Dutch dances in full Dutch Costume. Made up of nearly 1400 total dancers, these performances are a must see.
Pick up your Costumed tour guide for a guided tour of the Holland Tulip Festival area. It's a great way to introduce your group the town and the festival. Participants include our Exhibition Dutch Dance groups who "Klomp" along the route in their authentic turn-of-the-century costumes and real wooden shoes!
